SWA Group’s Laguna Beach studio is seeking an exceptional Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with approximately 6–10 years of professional experience who is eager to take the next step in a design-driven, globally connected practice. The ideal candidate brings a refined design sensibility, confidence in leading projects, and strong technical and project management capabilities developed through work on a diverse portfolio of public and private landscapes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, master’s degree preferred.
Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture or ability to obtain a license.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
Strong graphic and presentation skills.
Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating project management of full services.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
Positive attitude and sense of accountability.
International project experience, particularly in the Middle East or South Asia, is highly valued.
Interest or experience in business development with strong client relationships.
