SWA Group’s Laguna Beach studio is seeking an exceptional Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with approximately 6–10 years of professional experience who is eager to take the next step in a design-driven, globally connected practice. The ideal candidate brings a refined design sensibility, confidence in leading projects, and strong technical and project management capabilities developed through work on a diverse portfolio of public and private landscapes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, master’s degree preferred.
- Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture or ability to obtain a license.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills.
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating project management of full services.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Positive attitude and sense of accountability.
- International project experience, particularly in the Middle East or South Asia, is highly valued.
- Interest or experience in business development with strong client relationships.
